As we celebrate the Patron Feast Day of our community this weekend with the Feast of the Holy Family of Nazareth, we turn to the ordinary, hidden life of Jesus, Mary and Joseph in their home of Nazareth as a veiled example of how we can turn the ordinary, mundane things we do in our day to day lives into extraordinary moments for God’s grace to be at work.  With the lived example of St Gianna Molla, a mother and wife, who laid down her life for the birth of her child, we see her words come to fruition, “We cannot love without suffering and we cannot suffer without love.”
